Strategic urban and land use planner Marc Stringa has been appointed urban planning advisory leader for the Asia Pacific region at Jacobs.
Mr Stringa has more than 24 years’ professional experience in major transformational urban projects across the Middle East, Australia, Asia and Europe.
This includes playing key roles in the delivery of the Dubai 2020 Plan, the Jeddah Spatial Framework, Istanbul Transformation Master Plan, Casablanca Regional Plan and, most recently, the Land Use and Infrastructure Strategy for the Western Sydney Priority Growth Area Study in NSW.
Mr Stringa has been principal of strategy, planning and design firm Stringa for the past seven years, and has had roles at PTW and the NSW Department of Planning.
He will work closely with the Jacobs Advance Planning Group based in Atlanta.
