2 October 2013 — Tod Lickerman has been appointed as global chief executive of real estate services firm DTZ, effective 14 October.
Mr Lickerman joins DTZ with close to thirty years’ experience in property services, with most of his career with Jones Lang LaSalle. He was most recently chief executive of Corporate Solutions Americas, providing portfolio strategy, workplace consulting, transaction services, project and development services, facilities management and mobile engineering services.
DTZ now employs 45,000 people worldwide and has annual revenues in excess of $2 billion. It is in the midst of a demerger with UGL, expected to be completed in 2015, when it will most likely qualify to be included in the S&P/ASX200.
