Real estate services company Colliers International has appointed Sara Pratt its chief operating officer.
Ms Pratt has worked in the property sector for over 30 years, and has been with Colliers since 2011. Before that she spent 23 years with Knight Frank as director of office leasing.
Her appointment was welcomed by Colliers Australia and New Zealand chief executive John Kenny.
“I’m delighted that Sara will take on the position of chief operating officer at Colliers International,” Mr Kenny said. “As a trusted leader across the business, she is ideally suited to focus on the systems and infrastructure which deliver results for our clients.
“Sara is a proven leader and brings to the role a diversity of skills and experience that makes her the best person to undertake these critical duties alongside the executive team.
“Given the scale and diversity of the business, including year on year growth, Sara’s role will be to ensure our people and our clients benefit from the best platform in the industry.”
Ms Pratt said it was “a privilege” to be appointed COO.
“I’m looking forward to this next challenge in my career and focusing on the needs of our clients,” she said.
