19 January 2010 – Organisers of the Green Cities 2011 conference in Melbourne starting on 27 February are searching for products or materials that are considered “extreme” today, but may be the norm in 2020.
The products or materials will feature in the The Extreme Green session at Green Cities 2011 on Tuesday 1 March will be run as the sustainability version of New Inventors, organisers say.
Products will be critiqued by international leading green building experts including:
• James Kell, chief executive of Kell & Rigby
• James McGreggor energy systems manager, CSIRO
• Lisa Bates chair, Canada Green Building Council
