Building management software company Switch Automation has appointed sustainability professional Christina Hughes to national accounts manager for Australia and New Zealand.
Ms Hughes has more than 10 years’ experience across commercial, industrial and retail property, and before moving to Switch Automation worked in climate change and sustainability services for EY, was the CitySwitch national program manager and held a number of sustainability positions within Stockland.
“This year we hired several senior client-facing staff in both the US and Australia,” Switch Automation chief executive Deb Noller said.

Christina’s deep knowledge of the Australian reporting for NABERS, NGERS and Green Star, as well as public sustainability benchmarks such as GRESB, DJSI and CDP is monumental for Switch. Ms Hughes will lead Switch Automation’s account management team in Australia and New Zealand, and bring her expertise to bear in existing Smart City projects in Seattle, the US and Wellington, NZ.
