27 March 2014 – NuGreen Solutions has made two new appointments to support ongoing expansion, with offices now in New South Wales, South Australia and Tasmania.
Rachel Laws who has joined from Schneider Electric will be an account manager based in Melbourne and Grant Lewis, owner of lighting technologies company, Greening the Planet, will be account manager based in the Gold Coast office.
NuGreen director Geoff Gourley said the appointments would enable the company to service more clients “making a shift to an energy efficient future”.
“With uncertainty around the carbon tax and various government grants and funding being cut, we remain confident the shift to a more energy efficient future is here to stay,” he said.
Ms Laws was in her previous role in sales for three years. She completed a Bachelor of Business at Monash University in 2013 and said she had since focused her energy in “sustainable causes and events”. Ms Laws also plans to undertake the highly regarded eight-month Centre for Sustainability Leadership Fellowship Program.
Mr Lewis has 25 years of sales and management experience servicing major clients, with the past six years focused on the energy efficient lighting and solar sectors.
