17 April 2013 — For the 10th consecutive year, Johnson Controls, a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries, has been included on the FTSE4Good Index Series.

The FTSE4Good Index Series measures the performance of companies that meet or exceed globally recognised corporate ethical standards and social responsibility criteria.

Johnson Controls received an overall environment, social and governance rating absolute score of 4.3 out of 5 and an overall relative score of 100 out of 100 points.

Johnson Controls vice president Charles Harvey said for more than 125 years the company’s products, services and approach to business “demonstrated its commitment to the highest standards of performance, teamwork, inclusion, leadership and growth”.
