Many of our projects now deal with climate risks – think of bushfires in rural or flooding and the heat island effect in built up areas. Climate responsive design is no longer a nice-to-have but will be integral to our work – and the numbers need to stack up.
This event brings together key stakeholders shaping property value — architects, developers, and real estate professionals — to explore the connection between climate risk, sustainable design, and the commercial potential of climate-responsive development.
