Fergus Green

15 January 2014 – Fergus Green, former Melbourne lawyer, Lowy Institute climate change commentator and former chair of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership, has joined the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment as a policy analyst and research advisor to Professor Nicholas Stern. The institute, based at the London School of Economics, undertakes research into the economics of climate change and aims to inform policy and academic debate on a global level.

Professor Stern, Chair of the Institute, authored the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change. Mr Green will provide Professor Stern with academic and policy-related research assistance and also work within the institute’s policy team on projects relating to green growth, climate ethics and other aspects of climate change mitigation.
