13 February 2014 — Property information provider Cordell is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a marketing executive.

Reporting directly to the nNational marketing manager the position is a key role in the Cordell marketing division. This is a fast paced and varied role with lots of development opportunities for the right person.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • developing and managing content creation for variety of sources
  • creating and implementing successful eDM campaigns including post-campaign analysis
  • website maintenance and management using a CMS system
  • day-to-day management of SEO and SEM working with external suppliers and agencies

Selection criteria is:

  • minimum of three years’ experience in marketing communications
  • experience in developing both acquisition and retention eDM campaigns using mass mailing software
  • experience with Dreamweaver and exposure to other Adobe Suite applications such as Photoshop is an advantage
  • strong copywriting skills with a high attention to detail
  • a solid understanding of both SEO and SEM
  • B2B marketing experience is an advantage
  • experience working with external agencies
  • a team player with the ability to work independently
  • excellent problem solving skills
