22 October 2013 — The South Australian Police headquarters , designed by Woodhead, has achieved a 5 Star Green Star certification trifecta.
It received the rating for Office Design, As Built and Office Interiors, one of just five buildings awarded all three certifications nationally.
Project developer Commercial & General’s managing director Jamie McClurg said the key to the building’s green credentials was the prioritisation of indoor environment quality, water and energy efficiency throughout the building’s design, construction and fitout.
