15 August 2013 — The Walker Corporation’s $1.5 billion Collins Square project in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct will have a fourth tower.

Designed by Hassell Architects the tower will provide 55,000 square metres of office space and is valued at $200 million.

The two part tower will be separated by a garden plaza level two-thirds of the way up with the top 10 storeys of the proposed building resemble a cube, or lantern, placed on the traditional column tower below.
