2 May 2013 — CBRE has been awarded Sustainability Initiative of the Year at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors New Zealand Commercial Property Awards.
The award recognised CBRE’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint, as well as its staff green day, green building management practices and the Real Green Research Challenge – a CBRE-funded grant awarded to qualified applicants for addressing a recognised sustainability need in the built environment.
The New Zealand asset services team manages over one million square metres of office, retail and industrial assets in the country.
