
14 August 2013 — Former Clinton Administration environment chief of staff Cathy Zoi is reported to have left her position of chief strategy officer at smart grid analytics firm C3 Energy.
Ms Zoi, who was formerly assistant director general of the NSW EPA and founding chief of the NSW Sustainable Energy Development Authority, was reported by Greentech Media as having left the position, which was confirmed by the front desk of C3.
Ms Zoi joined the company after working at investment firm Silver Lake Kraftwerk.
She has also served as Under Secretary and Assistant Secretary at the US Department of Energy in the Obama Administration, as well as Chief of Staff in the Clinton White House’s Office on Environmental Policy, where she led a team charged with investigating and ruling on sustainability and preservation issues.
C3 management or Ms Zoi did not confirm the departure.
