30 March 2011 – Giant professional services consultancy AECOM claims it is on track to have 70 per cent of its employees working in green star accredited buildings within the next two years.

Two of its offices – in Adelaide and Perth – have been awarded the prestigious five star green star – Office Interiors V1.1.

The announcement comes with release of AECOM’s sustainability report for Australia and New Zealand, entitled Connected Collaborative Committed.

AECOM is also targeting five star green star accreditation for its Brisbane and Sydney offices and five star green star accreditation with the New Zealand Green Building Council for its new Auckland office.

AECOM’s Sustainability Report is its third report for Australia and New Zealand and features innovative sustainability projects and tools which the company has delivered to clients.
