The Australian Direct Property Investment Association held its annual conference in Victoria’s Yarra Valley on 14-16 March 2010. The idyllic backdrop of peaceful vineyards was a contrast to the provocative insights of speakers, but there was no lack of fun either, especially in the opening cocktails “warm up”  led by an energetic personal trainer.
