Property researcher Glenn Lampard has been appointed strategic research principal – commercial at property advisory company Charter Keck Cramer.
The newly created role will see Mr Lampard “provide enhanced research capabilities across Australia’s commercial real estate markets in direct support of Charter’s valuations team while complementing the research and advisory practices”.
Mr Lampard has close to 20 years’ experience in commercial property research, most recently at Urbis, and before that with Savills, CBRE and Knight Frank.
“Glenn is a regular speaker and contributor at industry events, with well established relationships with industry bodies such as the Property Council of Australia,” a statement from Charter Keck Cramer said.
“Glenn’s appointment further reinforces Charter’s growing commitment to providing leading property intelligence across Australia’s commercial and residential markets.”
