Ray Winn has been appointed principal economist, infrastructure advisory and strategic consulting at professional services firm WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, and will lead the company’s economic modelling capability.
“Ray has spent almost 30 years developing and applying his core skills as an economist across the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada,” director for resources and infrastructure advisory Glenn Thornton said.
“He joins us after 10 years with the Victorian Auditor-General office, where he led teams reviewing the efficiency of government projects.
“With a strong background in transport economics, Ray has invaluable experience in strategy and business case development, which is very useful for our clients.”
Mr Winn will be based in Melbourne.
