Energy Innovation X-Change 2022 conference speakers

EVENT PROMOTION: The Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity is hosting its Energy Innovation X-Change 2022 conference in Sydney on Wednesday 19 October, with The Fifth Estate’s managing editor Tina Perinotto moderating one of the sessions.

The full day event is a showcase of decarbonisation and renewables with industry and government agency leaders presenting case studies from commercial buildings, food and beverage manufacturing and freight transport. Plus some strong thought leadership.

Topics include: decarbonisation, electrification,elevating commercial buildings, renewable gases, process heat for food and beverage manufacturing, boosting productivity in freight transport, data-driven energy, industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, and roles for governments.

With a keynote address by the Assistant Minister for Energy and Climate Change, Senator Jenny McAllister, and Professor Stuart White, Director of the Institute for Sustainable Futures, there will be plenty of opportunities for networking and real-life case learnings from leaders including The Grattan Institute’s Alison Reeve, AGL, Energetics, and Coca-Cola. 

The Green Building Council of Australia’s Taryn Cornell will be presenting, alongside Ben Thomas of The GPT Group and Peter Haenke from ARENA, and many more… 

The event is presented by the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity with supporters AGL, Alfa Laval, AMPC, Dairy Australia, DETA, The Fifth Estate, Howden, the UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures, Pitt & Sherry, and Schneider Electric.
