1 August 2013 — Tract Consultants has made two new appointments, Deiter Lim as managing director and Graeme Harvison as senior principal.
Mr Lim takes over from Stephen White who after a five-year tenure has decided to step down to concentrate on the strategic development of the Queensland practice as well as the development of the company in the Northern Territory and Asian countries.
Mr White will remain as a director.
Mr Harivson’s role is to drive the business development for the Brisbane office locally, nationally and internationally to add strength to Tract’s national presence in the marketplace and to further strengthen its growing Asian presence.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the field of landscape architecture, urban design and master planning. He has been extensively involved in the planning and design of major infrastructure, commercial, residential, industrial, educational, resort and tourism projects throughout the world, including working extensively in Australia, South East Asia, China, the Middle East and New Zealand.
Mr Harvison is a registered landscape architect, a registered urban designer, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Urban Land Institute and the Urban Development Association of Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.
