CBRE has appointed Matt Strudwick to lead its Pacific workplace strategy team, a 40-person Asia-Pacific team of specialist workplace consultants helping corporations and institutions to improve workplace performance.
The team supports organisations to develop a strategy including objectives, location, building design, and operating model, and provides consulting during the design and planning phase to ensure that the organisation’s objectives are translated in addition to assisting with the change to a new way of working and driving performance.
In his new role as director, workplace solutions Pacific, Mr Strudwick will be based in CBRE’s 363 George Street offices in Sydney.
Pacific deputy managing director of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business Rhys Harvey said Mr Strudwick’s experience in business transformation and workplace strategy would provide considerable advantage for CBRE clients.
In his most recent role, Mr Strudwick was the business transformation change lead for Sydney Trains, following senior roles leading organisations through the implementation of innovative workplaces with Veldhoen + Company and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
