Stockland’s Lauren Kajewski has been appointed UrbanGrowth NSW manager of sustainable development, following a long search to replace Matt Plumbridge, who departed in April.
An UrbanGrowth NSW statement said Ms Kajewski brought “a wealth of experience in sustainability policy development and project delivery”.
Prior to arriving at UrbanGrowth, Ms Kajewski was sustainability manager at Stockland, having also worked there as social planning and infrastructure manager, and as urban design manager.
At Stockland she was involved in the Caloundra South mixed-use development, which has gained a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating.
She also spent two years with the ACT Government’s Land Development Agency as project manager urban renewal.
