Peter Steele is moving on to join global energy-tech company Greensync after co-founding boutique sustainability consultancy HIP V. HYPE with Liam Wallis in 2015.
Mr Steele has experience in architectural design, urban planning, property and sustainability. He has worked at AECOM, Moreland Energy Foundation and Maribyrnong City Council in the past.
In other movements at the company, Gavin Ashley has taken up the role of Better Cities Lead and green building engineer Steve Moller has joined the company. The business is also looking to appoint another Better Cities Senior Consultant.
HIP V. HYPE is a group of companies using “design thinking to resolve more sustainable, more socially responsible and more intuitive solutions for our cities.”
The company has been involved in projects such as Nightingale 2.0 and Nightingale Village (Brunswick), the Marrickville One Planet Community and Fishermans Bend.
