Prefab NZ is setting out to make 2017 a year of growth for the sector, with two new strategic appointments.

Heidi Misseldine has been appointed to the new role of partnerships manager. She has a background in architectural specification and building products marketing, and previously ran her own business, QED Architectural, a consultancy that worked to educate specifiers on products.

In her new role, Ms Misseldine will work with current partners and stakeholders of Prefab NZ, work to onboard new members and assist in growing building industry awareness of the benefits of offsite construction.

Alice Boultbee has been appointed to the extended role of membership and communications manager. A former senior associate of PwC in the UK, Ms Boultbee has also held advisory, liaison and communications roles for Wellington City Council, Victoria University of Wellington and Girl Guiding UK.
