Paul de Podolinsky has joined integrated design practice GHDWoodhead as director of architecture in Victoria.
Mr Podolinsky has more than 25 years’ experience in the building industry across Australia, Denmark and Germany.
He joins the firm after 12 months at Y2Architecture as principal and just under two years before that at Cactus Architects.
His key projects include Deakin University’s Centre for Advanced Design in Engineering Training, Monash University’s Law Faculty Refurbishment Masterplan, and Federation University’s Manufacturing Engineering Skills Centre and Federation College.
Mr Podolinsky started out his career as a structural technician, which gives him “comprehensive understanding” of the construction industry, according to GHDWoodhead.
