How You’ll Contribute

We are looking for a passionate engineer to join our leadership team and shape the future of the Industrial Internet sector. You will play an essential role in the continual success of CIM Enviro, by:

  • Working closely and providing technical leadership to a rapidly growing team of talented engineers
  • Using your vision and expertise to shape the direction of the ACE Platform: the software solution we have developed for our engineers to deliver consistently outstanding results


  • Train and provide technical leadership to the Engineering Team to increase their mechanical & control knowledge
  • Help the Engineering Team on the most complex issues
  • Continuously look for opportunities and implement improved approaches, tools and processes in the Engineering Team
  • Work closely with the Software Engineering team to:
    • Create and continue to evolve the vision for the ACE Platform to ensure it is the leading software solution in the industry
    • Provide advice on the best approaches to providing functionality that achieves the desired accuracy and precision
  • Identify control strategy logic optimisation
  • Liaise with BMS & Mech contractors to rectify highly complex issues
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in the industry
  • Speak at conferences, for example AIRAH/ASHRAE/ARBS
  • Produce domain expert content – e.g. publish articles on the power/future of analytics on LinkedIn

What you need for this position

  • MSc Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Mechanical, Mechatronics Background (Mechanical preferred)
  • Strong experience and technical knowledge of generators, UPS systems, HVAC systems, Chillers, CRAC units
  • Data centre experience is advantageous
