The Department of Industry is calling for input into the review of the Commercial Building Disclosure program.
Two workshops with reviewer ACIL Allen Consulting will occur in Sydney and Melbourne in early November.
ACIL Allen is looking for feedback on its assumptions and preliminary results from the cost–benefit analysis of the CBD program; and comments and suggestions to enhance its understanding of the program and inform recommendations made about the program’s future.
To register interest in attending either workshop sessions the Department of Industry would like you to send your name, organisation, email contact details and preferred location to email@example.com by Friday 24 October 2014.
The Department has said the purpose of the review is to “assess the CBD Program’s objectives, the effectiveness of the program in promoting energy efficiency and its interaction with the Emissions Reduction Fund”.
“The review will provide recommendations on the merits for continuing the program and any options for its future funding, including cost recovery if appropriate.”
