BRIEF: The Clean Energy Finance Corporation is investing up to $95 million to support the build of over 200 new highly energy efficient community housing dwellings in regional NSW.

The financing will go to regional community housing provider Housing Plus to develop 220 energy efficient homes in Bathurst, Dubbo and Orange. 

The homes will be built to a minimum 7-Star National Housing Energy Rating System standard and have rooftop solar and other energy efficiency technologies.

There will be 47 new dwellings built in Bathurst, 87 in Dubbo and 86 in Orange over the next 3 years.
