19 August 2013 — In the centre of Tokyo’s financial group, the Pasona Group, a Japanese recruitment firm, has made its headquarters a model for urban farming.
The goal is to invigorate farming, create jobs and raise awareness of agriculture.
It moved into the building in 2010 and undertook a refurbishment with Tokyo-based architecture firm Kono Design.
This video forms part of a city study by Monocle magazine into urban farming.
