And, RMIT University in Melbourne is looking for a deputy dean for The School of Global, Urban and Social Studies’ Sustainability and Urban Planning team. The full-time position with a five-year initial contract pays $152,123 plus 17 per cent super. The principal responsibility of the role will be to manage and provide strategic leadership to the Sustainability and Urban Planning area in the school. This will involve development of a strategic plan, staff and financial management, liaising with senior management and undergraduate and post graduate program managers, course development and staffing, teaching, research and liaising with specialist staff on marketing.
