8 August 2013 — Richard Day, former climate change principal policy and programs officer at the South Australian Government’s Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources, is moving over to the Department for Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy to take on the role of Principal Industry Development Officer for CleanTech.

He said the move represented an exciting opportunity to redefine and reshape Government’s strategic policy direction in relation to the Clean Technology sector.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working as part of the Climate Change Team,” Day said.

“It has provided me with the opportunity to work on a diverse and interesting range of policies and projects, and to develop many long-lasting personal friendships and professional relationships which I look forward to continuing in my new role.”
