12 December 2012 — GE will add an electric Holden Commodore to its Australian fleet.

The car is one of seven proof-of-concept vehicles designed and built by EV Engineering, a consortium made up of automotive suppliers Air International, Bosch, Continental and Futuris, as well as GE and electric car recharge network Better Place.

The car will be used by GE Capital’s Custom Fleet sales team to help drive awareness and adoption of electric vehicles among customers.
