31 May 2012 – Green Capital will hold two free seminars on the value of upgrading older buildings and how to take advantage of innovative funding products such as environmental upgrade agreements.

The seminars are based on Green Capital’s year long intensive study of the value of retrofitting older buildings,  Lessons and Tools from Existing Office Building Leaders Project , funded by the NSW Environmental Trust.

Speakers will be EcoStrategies managing director Roger Walker, AHA Engineering and Steensen Varming director Steve Hennessy and University of Sydney Warren Centre chief operating officer Alex McKenna.

The two free seminars, hosted by Parramatta City Council and the City of Sydney, are at Parramatta on 25 June and at Circular Quay, Sydney on 27 June.
