Matthew Holmes of HFM Asset Management and Timothy Clayton of Jackson McDonald have won the Property Council of Australia 2011 Stan Perron Awards for outstanding achievement and leadership by young people in the property industry.

Mr Holmes, 32, was recognised for “his work with the water and energy management of many Perth properties, assisting with the advancement of NABERS tools, developing HFM’s online web analysis tool and organising benchmarking exercises for large organisations such as the Water Corporation,” an award statement said.

Consultancy work by Mr Holmes has included over on a number of high-profile commercial builds including Enex100, Alluvion, One40William and 130 Stirling Street.

Mr McDonald won for his cross-disciplinary work for EG Funds Management.
