Jorgen Knox

19 November 2013 — Cundall has appointed Jorgen Knox to head its NSW building services team.
Cundall said Mr Knox was chosen due to his 30 years of building services experience and deep knowledge of the Australian market.

His role will be to “manage and mould a centre of excellence for building services in the NSW and Canberra areas”, a statement from Cundall said.

“We are excited to welcome Jorgen to Cundall,” said Cundall Australia chief executive Simon Wild.

“This key appointment means we can provide extra services to our existing clients who already trust us for our excellent service and passion for sustainable design.

“Jorgen’s technical skills along with his proactive attitude means he has fitted into the team from day one.”

Mr Knox previously owned Knox Advanced Engineering, a building services company, and had spent the past two years in the UK.

Previous building he has worked on include: Lowy Cancer Research Facility, UNSW; Australian Health Management Headquarters, NSW; Darling Park Tower 1, Sydney; Penrith Plaza Shopping Centre, NSW; and The Establishment Hotel, Sydney.

“Jorgen’s in-depth experience combined with Cundall’s proven ESD capabilities will allow for cost effective, sustainable designs, adding value to the whole lifecycle of the building covering all project types,” a Cundall statement said.

Mr Knox said he was looking forward to working in NSW again.

“It is great to be back in Sydney,” said Mr Knox.

“I am looking forward to catching up with some old friends in the construction industry and being introduced to Cundall’s extensive client base.”
