Alasdair Lock

24 September 2012 — Ceramic Fuel Cells has appointed Alasdair Locke as a non-executive director and proposed chairman, the second position to be made official at its annual meeting.
The company is a developer of generators which use fuel cell technology to convert natural gas into electricity and heat.
Mr Locke will also become a member of the Board Audit committee and chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination committee. Current chairman Jeff Harding and deputy chairman Roy Rose will retire at the annual meeting.
Mr Locke, 59, is based in London. He is the founder and former executive chairman of Abbot Group, an oil services company.
Meanwhile Ceramic Fuel Cells will exhibit at the All-Energy 2012 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on 10-11 October.
The company will exhibit with distribution partner Hills Solar with a booth featuring a BlueGen demonstration unit along with compatible solar and renewable technologies for commercial and residential buildings.
